Conquer your fears using BJJ – ATTLowcountry
Hey Kids, start small! Practice taking on your little fears before conquering bigger fears! We all have fears. Even grown-ups. Maybe it’s speaking in public or starting a new school. We may worry, “will they laugh?’ “Will I make a friend?” Jiu-Jitsu is a perfect place to start practicing facing your fears. Scared to speak in public? Raise your hand, when coach asks a question. Afraid to join a new group where you don’t know anybody? Just watch a class, or play a Jiu-Jitsu game. Taking small steps exercises your courage muscle and you learn to conquer your fears. Find the small step, then Step and Repeat! Before you know it, you will have mustered up enough courage to help you face any situation. ATT Kids!
